With the addition of Online Archive, Shared Mailboxes, Shared Calendars, and Delegation, Microsoft will roll out a change, making new Outlook for Mac the default experience in the current channel for any users who have never tried the new experience or have tried and left the New Outlook. Microsoft will begin rolling this (release 16.58) out in mid-February and expect to complete rollout late February. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID: 88850. Note: The new Outlook for Mac experience became the default experience in Microsoft’s Beta and Preview channels, while still allowing users to toggle back to the legacy experience (Help > Revert to Legacy Outlook), if desired.
